Slow Life in the early morning

Work up suddenly in the early hours of this morning worrying about work (something that happens all to regularly of late) and saw this great time lapse video of coral by a Queenslander called Daniel Stoupin. it's mesmerising, just the thing for those half awake moments in the small hours where you're seeking distraction from other thoughts.

Now, time to think about breakfast and feeding the cat.
